The New Generations Concert features Luukhanyo & the Hii Rollers, Freddy L, Mila Smith and Austrian producer Kimyan Law. The programme opens with a Spanish Cajoneada led by Pepe Zapata, Thandi Swartbooi and Women Unite, joined by fifty young Cape Flats drummers and flamenco dancers.
The double-header links future-facing live music with a large cross-cultural community percussion project.
