Kanye Nawe brings Zanele Muholi's major photographic series together with recent bronze sculpture. The isiZulu title can mean 'with you', 'alongside you' or a broader state of oneness.
The exhibition follows Muholi's sustained work around Black Queer visibility, intimacy, self-representation and collective care. It moves from self-portraiture in Somnyama Ngonyama through kinship and mourning to the long archive of Faces and Phases.
